Forms 1 & 2 are available in their entirety for download and should be printed and filled out prior to a consultation. Children Cope with Divorce Seminar

This 4-hour educational program is about the needs of children during and after the divorce of their parents. The judges of Madison County have required this program for all divorcing parents. There is a $40 charge for this class per participant. For more information and class schedules call 551-1610.
