After Divorce is Finalized
Issues determined in a divorce case are usually finalized in the divorce decree. In some cases there may be an appeal to modify the divorce decree, but that is not always be possible. Typically, property division cannot be modified except under extreme circumstances, such as when there is evidence one party has concealed assets from the other party. Other issues can remain open after the final divorce decree is entered.
If your divorce is final but you're having issues with child support enforcement or you would like to petition to modify child custody, our experienced team at Russell W. Crumbley Attorneys-At-Law can help.
